About ESK Skincare:

We're an Australian skincare brand that has successfully launched in the UK, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us grow our B2B business in the UK.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with businesses in the UK, from high-end medi-spas to dermatologists. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and strategize to drive growth and achieve our B2B sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Seek out and identify potential business partners and clients who will benefit from our evidence-based skincare.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop relationships with clinics, onboard clients, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Strategize and Execute: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve our B2B sales targets.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Lead Business Development Manager in Australia, our Global Head of Marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with our overall company strategy.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
