Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Wales. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of menus, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the F&B Director to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
