**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Wales. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, working closely with the F&B Manager, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including staff supervision and recruitment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to plan and execute menu development, promotions, and events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and drive for exceptional service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
