About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily food and beverage operation in one of our fantastic restaurants within the Celtic Manor Resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the needs of our discerning guests.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property or high-end restaurant.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the business.
