Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage operation at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a high-performing team, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage food and beverage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property or high-end restaurant
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth
