Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Wales, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their fine dining restaurant. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of menus, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs, maintaining profitability and efficiency

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end establishment
