Our client, a renowned luxury hotel in Wales, is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their fine dining restaurant. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the restaurant's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency in all aspects of restaurant operations.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
