**Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Corecruitment Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high level of consistency in our food and beverage offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of menus, including the development of new dishes and specials
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Take responsibility for the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Work closely with the F&B Director to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends and developments
