Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high level of consistency in our food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of menus, including the development of new dishes and specials.
- Manage the restaurant's inventory, including ordering and stock control.
- Monitor and control the restaurant's finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the F&B Director to develop and implement new initiatives and promotions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
