Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager – Luxury Hotel
Salary: Up to £32,000 + service charge
Location: Wales
Our client, a renowned luxury hotel, is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their fine dining restaurant. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Work closely with the F&B Director to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure profitability.
- Take responsibility for the recruitment and training of new staff members.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
