Autism Support Assistant Role in Bromley

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to support young people with Autism in a school with outstanding facilities and a progressive curriculum.

  • Competitive Salary: £500-£550 per week (paid via PAYE including holiday pay)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm
  • The ideal candidate will have patience and empathy to connect with students who require alternative teaching methods.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a First-Class Bachelor's Degree from a leading UK University.

  • Prior experience working with young people in an educational setting is essential.
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and strong safeguarding practices are crucial.
  • Extracurricular hobbies such as sports, art, or music can be beneficial in connecting with students.
