Specialist Learning Support Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Assistant to join our team in Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing personalized support to students with unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with SEN
- Provide one-to-one support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms, libraries, and playgrounds
- Liaise with parents and carers to ensure that students receive the support they need at home and in school
Requirements
- First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University
- Prior experience working with children with SEN in an educational capacity
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £500 - £550 per week PAYE
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm schedule
