Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to support students with neurodiverse needs in an educational setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to advance their pedagogical skillset and provide personalized support to students.

With a first-class degree in a related subject, the ideal candidate will have prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals and a strong understanding of safeguarding practices.

As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for encouraging students to reach their full potential and develop a range of skills to support them in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to students with neurodiverse needs
  • Liaising with senior leadership to advance pedagogical skillset
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop inclusive educational practices

Requirements:

  • First-class degree in a related subject from a UK University
  • Prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational capacity
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
