Educational Support Worker Role:
We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Worker to join our team and provide support to students with neurodiverse needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop inclusive educational practices and provide personalized support to students.
With a first-class degree in a related subject and prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals, the ideal candidate will be responsible for encouraging students to reach their full potential and develop a range of skills to support them in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with neurodiverse needs
- Liaising with senior leadership to advance pedagogical skillset
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop inclusive educational practices
Requirements:
- First-class degree in a related subject from a UK University
- Prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational capacity
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
Salary and Benefits:
£500 - £550 per week PAYE, plus a range of benefits including a supportive and collaborative working environment and opportunities for professional development and growth.
