About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting students with neurodiverse needs. As a Neurodivergent Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping students overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to students, empowering them to navigate challenges and develop essential life skills. By doing so, you will be contributing to a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to students with neurodiverse conditions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies that cater to diverse learning styles
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a cohesive support network
* Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in supporting students with neurodiverse needs.

Requirements:
* A First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University
* Prior experience working with students with neurodiverse conditions in an educational setting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teaching staff
