Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team as a Clinical Decision Maker in a hybrid role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand how a person's condition affects their daily life
  • Produce accurate and detailed reports to inform benefit eligibility decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong clinical knowledge and skills through regular feedback and supervision

Requirements:
  • Valid HCPC registration number
  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience, preferably within or outside an NHS ambulance trust
  • Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship offered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and report writing
