Doctor Must hold GMC registration with six month of NHS experience.
Must have DBS which should be on updated Service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide medical care within the specialty area to patients assigned during the locum period.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, examinations, and investigations of patients, documenting findings and management plans accurately.
- Liaise with consultants, senior medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and multidisciplinary meetings as required.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and perform medical procedures within the scope of practice and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
- Adhere to NHS Trust policies, protocols, and governance frameworks to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior medical staff and participate in teaching and training activities as appropriate.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Completion of Foundation Training and Core Medical Training (or equivalent).
- Specialty training (Core Training or equivalent) in the relevant specialty area.
- Membership of the relevant Royal College or equivalent professional body.
- Demonstrable experience and expertise within the specialty area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence of ongoing learning.
- Understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and patient safety principles.
- Availability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duties as required by the locum assignment.

**Working Conditions**:
- Temporary position based on the duration of the locum assignment.
- Hours of work may vary depending on the clinical setting and requirements of the NHS Trust.
- Participation in on-call duties and weekend cover as per the locum rota.

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £75.00-£85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
