Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at Mercury Hampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the medical equipment sector.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to lead the sales efforts for our operating theatres solutions. You will work closely with hospitals, contractors, architects, and channel partners to identify and pursue high-value capital project sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the medical equipment sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and other healthcare organizations
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
* Strong understanding of the medical equipment market and current trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
