**Job Title:** Sales Development Manager - Retail Growth
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead our retail growth strategy, working closely with the Managing Director and senior management team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive retail sales development across the nation, identifying opportunities to grow business through strategic partnerships and product selections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging social media platforms to drive sales nationally.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the retail landscape, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in retail sales, with experience in B2B sales development.
- In-depth understanding of how retail stores can grow and prosper in an omni-channel business environment.
- Aptitude for high-ticket product-focused sales training and a keen interest in new technologies.
**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
