A competitive opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to join our team in London. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with independent accounts within the toy and gift sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and experience of selling to independent retailers. You will be a dynamic and hands-on individual who is comfortable working in a small team environment and used to working towards targets.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing sales strategies to maximise revenue growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at independent accounts
• Identifying new business opportunities and converting them into sales
• Collaborating with the sales director to align sales efforts with business objectives

The Person:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
• Proven sales performance with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
• Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
