Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Expert to join our Northampton office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and account management.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure continued business and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus commission.
