Contract Manager for Maintenance Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Crawley, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large maintenance contracts, leading a team of supervisors and operatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners and Operatives to achieve target profit and increase contract turnover
  • Monitor and review customer satisfaction across the contract, working closely with the Commercial team to identify and rectify invoicing issues
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance in adherence with our Wates Operating Framework
Requirements
  • A proven track record in managing large Maintenance contracts
  • Experience in managing a large and diverse direct labour organisation and Supply Chain
  • Full compliance with Health and Safety Management and commercial acumen in running large Maintenance contracts
  • A full UK driving licence is required for this role
