Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our social housing contracts in Crawley, working closely with our Commercial team to drive contract profit and loss margins. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large Maintenance contracts and direct labour organisations, as well as strong Health and Safety management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners and Operatives to achieve target profit and increase contract turnover
  • Manage customer satisfaction across the contract and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Oversee the scheduling of large multi-trade jobs and ensure operatives adhere to company policies
  • Work closely with Commercial to identify and rectify Invoicing issues affecting contract profit and loss margins
Requirements:
  • Repairs and Maintenance sector experience
  • Proven track record in managing large Maintenance contracts
  • Experience managing direct labour organisation and Supply Chain
  • Fully compliant with Health and Safety Management
  • Strong commercial acumen in running large Maintenance contracts

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a full UK driving licence requirement.
