Customer Liaison Officer Role
UKAS is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support our customer services team. This full-time role offers the option of hybrid working and is based at our head office in Staines Upon Thames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate visit arrangements for customers
- Provide customers with visit confirmations and quotes in a timely manner
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for technical staff and subcontractors
- Progress accreditation casework in line with company process and policy
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information
- Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional manner
- Perform general administration tasks as required
- Support other teams and departments as needed
- Assist in organising meetings and events
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accurate written and clear verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of working as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
