We are currently seeking a Regional Business Development Specialist to join our sales team in the South & West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing client networks of Social Services, Occupational Therapists, and Grants Officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product advice to Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Social Services Departments to promote our equipment solutions for disabled children and adults.
  • Seek out and find new customers by contacting Social Service departments, hospitals, and other potential customers.
  • Manage all routes to sales, including registrations on the Social Service tender portal, following up on leads to conclusion.
  • Foster relationships with OTs, conduct site visits and surveys as needed, and provide diary management services.
  • Produce regular Management Information as requested by the Sales Director or Senior Management Team.

The successful candidate will have experience in medical, social service, or working with people with disabilities environments, CAD knowledge, and a professional sales approach. A clean driving license and CRB clearance are also required. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£42,000 plus bonus (OTE uncapped £48,000/50,000) and van.
