Job Title: Regional Development Specialist

DaVinci Gourmet is seeking a highly motivated Regional Development Specialist to drive growth and expansion in the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Foodservice team and contribute to the success of our brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the foodservice coffee market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of developing new business relationships. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute brand campaigns and develop drinks menus with customers based on market trends and insights. Your goal will be to significantly grow our business within the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow key regional coffee chain targets in the bakery and coffee channel
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to execute brand campaigns and develop drinks menus with customers
  • Contribute to growing DaVinci Gourmet distribution by working closely with the distributor account management team

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in dealing with and managing coffee/bakery chains or similar in the UK and Ireland
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice coffee market and contacts are desirable
  • Positive and ambitious attitude toward driving new business growth
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the week
