Regional Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a portfolio of franchises in the region.
You will work closely with franchise owners to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive sales and revenue. This may include sales coaching, market research, and analysis of customer behavior.
You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our global network of franchises, sharing best practices and expertise to drive business success.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager or similar from a franchise background to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on the growth and success of our franchisees.
Salary: £42,500 - £47,500 + Progression + 12% Bonus + Remote + Training + Travel Paid + Company Benefits
