Regional Account Manager

We are looking for a Regional Account Manager - Partners to join our team in London, UK. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in account management, onboarding, or sales roles in marketing technology companies. They will be skilled in collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to introduce and educate partners on Klaviyo's platform enhancements. The role involves up to 25% travel, which may include partner meetings and events in the UK and the rest of Europe.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- MAPPING, IDENTIFYING, AND ONBOARDING HIGH-POTENTIAL NEW PARTNERS
- RESEARCHING AND VETTING NEW INBOUND AGENCIES TO IDENTIFY HIGH-QUALITY PARTNERS
- EDUCATING NEW PARTNERS ON THE KLAVIYO PARTNER PROGRAM
- TRAINING NEW PARTNERS ON HOW TO BEST LEVERAGE THE TOOLS AND ENABLEMENT RESOURCES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PARTNER PROGRAM
- SURFACING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE SALES TEAM THROUGH THE RAPID RESPONSE TO AND QUALIFICATION OF INBOUND LEADS FROM OUR PARTNERS
- ENSURING PARTNERS ARE ENGAGED WITH OUR ONBOARDING PROGRAM
- PARTNERING CLOSELY WITH SUPPORT, CUSTOMER SUCCESS, AND THE DIRECT SALES TEAM TO ENSURE AN EXCEPTIONAL PARTNER EXPERIENCE
