Job Details

We are seeking a Specialty Doctor to join our Older Persons community mental health services on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical and psychiatric support to Consultant Psychiatrists working in the service area and in the management of service users.
  • Encourage personal initiatives, research, specialist interests, teaching, training, supervision, and leadership.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience at Core Training level or above.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant specialty.
  • Registration with the General Medical Council with a licence to practise.
  • Eligibility for approval under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act.
