Job Title: Business Development Executive

Xclusive Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing new business relationships with e-commerce companies that require international parcel delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow existing accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2C sales, with a focus on new business development
  • Experience selling international shipping, logistics, or e-commerce solutions is highly desirable
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
