Director of Student Recruitment Strategy

Kaplan International Pathways is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Student Recruitment Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to drive student enrollment and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to achieve ambitious student enrollment targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment processes and improve overall effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior management and colleagues to ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic partners and industry professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in international student recruitment leadership positions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
