Global University Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our international student recruitment efforts. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth business and drive future growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase international student enrollment through agent partnerships and direct recruitment.
- Identify new business opportunities in existing and new markets, and develop strategies to explore new markets and bring in revenue.
- Engage in sales and marketing activities, including prioritizing opportunities that are likely to generate profit.
- Liaise with high-profile clients and manage students' and agents' expectations in line with deliverables.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international student recruitment, preferably in the USA.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to inform strategic planning and forecasting.
- Experience working with B2B education agent partnerships and direct international student recruitment.
- Considerable experience working in the education sector, specifically in colleges and universities.
