Director of Student Recruitment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Student Recruitment to join our team at Burman Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our student recruitment efforts and driving growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including universities and colleges
  • Manage a team of recruitment professionals to ensure delivery of recruitment targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in student recruitment, with a strong understanding of the UK market
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
