Head of International Student Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our international student recruitment efforts. As the Head of International Student Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit students from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement international student recruitment strategies to meet school targets
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, families, and students to promote our schools
- Attend recruitment fairs and events to promote our schools and build awareness
- Travel internationally to meet with agents, families, and students
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and other teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Proven track record of successful international student recruitment in schools or universities
- Established network of agents across all relevant markets
- Experience of attending recruitment fairs and events
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships within the school and with agents/prospective parents
- Thorough understanding of a Boarding School environment
- Thorough knowledge of the student visa process
- Degree level qualification or equivalent professional qualification(s)
