Head of International Student Recruitment

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for empowering international students to achieve their academic goals? Do you have expertise in international student recruitment or sales within the education sector?
The Assistant Director of International Student Recruitment will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of product and channel strategies to achieve ambitious student recruitment goals for our UK College.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for undergraduate and postgraduate College programs across core global markets.
- Manage and inspire a small team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment for sharing ideas and working beyond individual market responsibilities.
- Organize and represent the College at virtual and in-country recruitment events, engaging with prospective students and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage relationships, ensuring a fully integrated approach to recruitment activities.
- Lead and develop global sales channels, achieving recruitment targets across agents, direct outreach, and partner networks.
- Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to support recruitment goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring targets are met or exceeded, and continuously seek ways to improve performance.
- Proven experience in international student recruitment, with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strategic thinking and ability to create and implement recruitment strategies, coupled with the ability to assess and adapt them to meet evolving market demands.
- Comfortable representing the institution at recruitment events, both virtually and in-country, and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Well-connected within the education marketplace, with a strong network and up-to-date insights into global recruitment trends.
- Strong analytical abilities, paired with confident decision-making skills to navigate complex recruitment challenges and seize growth opportunities.
