Job Summary
TTP Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Dean of Admissions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious international school in the UK, promoting the provision of high-quality education to students from around the world.
About the Role
The Assistant Dean of Admissions will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the admissions process, working closely with the Dean of Admissions to develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll students. This will involve managing and developing excellent customer relationships with prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring that every family receives the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Dean of Admissions in managing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service for prospective families.
- Effectively communicate the school's ethos and establish positive relationships with prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll students, working closely with the Dean of Admissions and other members of the admissions team.
- Manage and analyze data to inform admissions decisions and improve the efficiency of the admissions process.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to promote the school's provision and attract new students.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for education and a proven track record of success in admissions or a related field. You will be a confident and personable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with prospective families and other stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of the education sector and the ability to analyze data to inform admissions decisions.
