Director of Student Recruitment Strategy for UK Pathways

Job Summary
The Director of Student Recruitment Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive student enrollment and growth for Kaplan International Pathways' UK colleges. This role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive student enrollment and growth
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals to achieve enrollment targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic partners and industry leaders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in international student recruitment leadership positions
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to work well with different cultures and working styles, on multiple time zones
