About the Role
The UK Student Recruitment Officer will play a key role in supporting the global outreach efforts of New College of the Humanities Ltd. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract academically talented students from the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy Development
- Work with the UK Student Recruitment Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the university's global outreach goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in student recruitment.
- Represent the university at student recruitment events across the UK and internationally.
- Lead the planning and execution of on-campus and off-campus events, including college fairs, high school visits, and information sessions.
- Communicate with prospective students, parents, teachers, and guidance counselors to provide accurate information and support their recruitment journey.
- Support the delivery of campus tours and visits for prospective students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the university to achieve global outreach objectives.
