Lead a Team of Professionals

As a highly experienced Corporate Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our 220,000 sqft UK headquarters in London and regional offices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team of professionals and drive consistency across 18 offices in our UK portfolio.

You will report directly to the Director of Property & Facilities Management and be accountable for ensuring all facilities functions are operated efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets and expenditure related to facilities operational and capital spend, as well as working closely with service partners and suppliers to ensure all KPIs are met or exceeded.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, identifying leasehold improvement project pipelines, and working collaboratively with the Regional Facilities Manager to ensure that all engineering, energy, fabric, security systems, and fire systems are operated safely across the portfolio.
