About the Role:
The company is a leading facilities management provider offering services to corporate office environments in London and beyond. As a result of growth and new contract wins, they are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking PPM works, statutory testing duties, and risk assessments. Additionally, they will need to possess excellent fault-finding skills and be able to carry out reactive maintenance works efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must have relevant qualifications, including Level 2 NVQ (mech or elec) & 17th edition. Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial environment is essential. A strong understanding of industry standards and regulations is also required.
