Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Facilities Operations Manager to join our team in Austin or London. This role will be responsible for supporting the global facilities manager and team with all aspects of Bazaarvoice's headquarters and offices across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing Facilities: Provide support services for facilities, property manager communications, work order triaging, security, safety, office services, general procurement, and vendor management.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility is operated and maintained as a safe, professional environment, including managing third-party facilities-related vendors.
  • Space Planning: Own space planning for Austin headquarters and global offices, working closely with Bazaarvoice space captains and department heads to ensure furniture requests are met timely and efficiently.
  • Project Management: Work closely with contractors, architects, and engineers on facility-related projects, monitoring vendor performance and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Sustainability: Own and implement global sustainability processes and energy consumption tracking, collaborating with People and Talent on Bazaarvoice's Corporate Social Responsibility policy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant facilities work experience in a corporate office environment, with supervisory experience a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to be self-motivated, and proven ability to multi-task and provide constant evaluation of rapidly shifting business priorities and project deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or engineering.
