Job Description

The Real Estate Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the company's international real estate portfolio, including budget management, capital projects, client relations, business analytics, and lease portfolio administration. This role will operate on an international scale, spanning across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of budget management and real estate accounting principles, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with finance teams to manage international facilities and real estate capital projects budgets.
  • Coordinating relationships with IT, AV, security, and stakeholders to achieve project deliverables.
  • Monitoring workspace planning and allocation, advising on changes that may impact agile working.
  • Providing direct-line management support to senior vice presidents, including acting as a point of contact for internal and external contacts, clients, and service providers.
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, real estate, or finance preferred.
  • Experience in business planning within a facilities and real estate arena is a plus.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and produce results in a dynamic environment.
