Job Description
  • Support the delivery of large industrial/logistics, life science, and private healthcare projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist in coordinating project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Work autonomously on day-to-day tasks, tracking project milestones, updating stakeholders, and resolving project-related issues.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure work progresses in line with project specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have UK consultancy experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within large-scale industrial/logistics, life science, or private healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to delivery and close-out.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in project management.
