Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Project Foundry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong project management and client relationship skills to lead complex change projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality results. They will be able to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure seamless project execution.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of resources, project scope, business requirement documentation, project documentation, project status reporting, project risk management, timelines, project communication, change management, and post-implementation audit reviews.

You will also oversee all aspects of the project, including business requirements documentation, stakeholder analysis, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope definition, and project communication.

In addition, you will support the team in discussions with IT Risk and Security and 3rd party security providers, and be responsible for all aspects of organizational change management (OCM) related to the Contract Lifecycle Management implementation program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the coordination of resources, project scope, business requirement documentation, project documentation, project status reporting, project risk management, timelines, project communication, change management, and post-implementation audit reviews

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex change projects. The ideal candidate will have:

- 8 years of relevant work project management and delivery experience in an information technology/business solutions context
- Demonstrable experience and expertise with both organizational change management in a business-facing role, along with a proven track record of producing results
- Functional domain experience relative to technology-enabled business transformation across Legal, Sales and Supply Chain Management in an automotive, industrial or electronics industry setting
- In-depth knowledge of processes and tooling related to organizational change management, with proven results in previous roles and with the delivery of organizational change
- Demonstrable experience with the creation and execution of organizational change management plans, with a specific focus on communications, training and testing activities
- Bachelor's or master's degree in an appropriate technical or business-based field
- PMP certification would be highly valued PM certification (desirable)
