Turner & Townsend is seeking a Corporate Facilities Director to lead our building operations team in London. As a senior member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the delivery of FM services, ensuring that all building systems are properly maintained and operational.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment, with a strong technical knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, and public health. You will also have demonstrable experience with contractor management, strong financial acumen, and good IT skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced facilities professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
