Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in supporting students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Autism. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for working with individuals with special needs.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver personalized learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist students with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
* Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting social interaction and independence
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that align with students' learning objectives
* Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working with students with special needs
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field (or equivalent)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational and time management skills
