Job Title: Residential Care Professional

At Service Care Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care to older adults living with dementia and/or physical disabilities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care services, adhering to individual support plans. They will take on a key worker role for allocated service users, ensuring their unique needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Personalized Care Services: The Residential Care Professional will provide high-quality care services that meet the individual needs of service users. This includes delivering personalized care plans, administering medication as required, and supporting service users with their health needs.
  • Key Worker Role: The successful candidate will take on a key worker role for allocated service users, ensuring their unique needs are met. This includes conducting risk assessments, mental capacity evaluations, and best-interest decisions that address service user requirements.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: The Residential Care Professional will maintain accurate records of daily activities and support plans. This includes documenting service user progress, updating care plans, and communicating with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:
  • Experience: We require a minimum of [Estimated Salary £16-18 per hour] experience working in a similar care setting.
  • Vocational Qualifications: Vocational qualifications, such as NVQ 2 or equivalent, are desirable.
  • Manual Handling Techniques: Familiarity with specialist equipment and manual handling techniques is essential.
  • Care Requirements: The ability to provide physical assistance with personal care and other activities is necessary.
