Job Title: Mentor for Students with Special Educational Needs

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Mentor for Students with Special Educational Needs. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement support plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including ASD and complex learning difficulties.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement support plans.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
