**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the café, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent hospitality skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, including cooking
- Understanding of food production processes and ability to manage kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
