Job Title: Regional Business Manager - Key Accounts

Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation is a leading provider of innovative heating and ventilation solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager - Key Accounts to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the social housing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional social landlords, wholesalers, and merchants to promote our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the social housing market, including new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Collaborate with local trade and social housing managers to develop and implement sales action plans aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Manage regional trading terms and commercial discussions with customers, ensuring alignment with business forecasts and pricing agreements.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate statistical management information.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business decisions and identify key industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
